Job Description:
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Manages operations related to London’s office, such as administrative functions, office management, and logistics support. Ensures effective and efficient operations for all activities within London’s office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and maintains administrative policies and processes (e.g. office & housekeeping practices). Ensures compliance with government and legal requirements.
- Manages administrative and clerical activities such as identifying office needs including furniture, stationary and maintenance items. Reviews and approves office requisitions.
- Arranges and supervises logistic services to senior management and VIP visitors.
- Works closely with the Corporate HR Department to ensure effective implementation of office standards and procedures measuring results and making necessary adjustments when required.
- Maintains and records office expenditures including the overall budget.
- Liaises with the Property Managing Agent to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of office facilities such as AC and electricity.
- Provides general oversight of the Managing Agent activities to ensure that the property is maintained to the required standards and to protect the owners interests at all times.
- Ensures that all HSE and safety measures are followed and corrected in a timely manner.
- Reports to the HR Director on all issues relating to the management of London’s office.
- Exhibits and maintains professional relationships with government officials and media officials relevant to the Company’s operations within London.
- Exhibits and maintains excellent working relationships with all Crescent staff.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
Minimum Professional Experience Required
- Minimum of 8-10 years working experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
